Forty Foot Hole is a canyon formed by West Cache Creek in the Wichita Mountains of Oklahoma. After exiting Forty Foot Hole, the creek flows on a plain for half a mile before entering another canyon known as The Narrows.

12 September 2020 By Brett I visited the Forty Foot Hole in Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. It was a great shorter hike and the Kite Trail also offers a few more miles along Cache Creek all the way to the Lost Lake Picnic Area. Kite Trail is one of the better hiking trails in Oklahoma.
